  • I recently Joined, How can I meet everybody?

 

First of all, read up on the Rules and About pages. Then check out the Members page find the member that best suits your mentality. Send them a message or friend request saying your new to gent. Of course switch to GENT tags and post something on the crew wall informing members you are new and how they can find you online. With all the missions, heists and meets, it can be diffcult to find us without a friend in the crew.

  • When is my trial into the crew?

 

Good question. This is one where there is no definitive answer. During your time on a trial memebership you can get a feel for the crew and find out whether this crew is for you. That way by the time you get an opportunity to do your trial, you are either up for it or not. This way the crews time is not wasted and neither is yours.

  • How can I rank up in the crew?

 

Well this is described in the Promotions  section of the website. None the less, with that in mind here is a rough summary of how to earn your spot with us.

 

  • Of course keeping our tag active is a must.

  • Showing valuable teamwork, listening and communication skills

  • outstanding loyatly and devotion to the crew.
  •  Helped run crew affiars
  • lead members to achive their goals
  • have proven themselfeves to many crew members

  • What does the trial membership consist of? How do I become a full member. I'd really like to contribute and be an important member of this crew.

 

A trail membership basically lets us get to know what kind of player you are and help us decide if you are fit for the crew and if so in what way. However, The trial is a double edged sword. It  also lets u interact with us and find out for yourself if you want to be a part of the crew. The trial consists of playing with a leader for a while and having the leader assess your skills in listening, communication, maturity and all sorts. The leader will try and make you perform the main roles and put you in places where you take the reins in the mission or heist.

  • I want to participate in the crew activities, how can I join in?
 
well this is where our event page will come into play. while its still under development we use the social club wall. Getting more than one invite from a Gent member usually indicates a crew event is taking place. the chance of the invite being for a crew event is particulary high when its from the crew leader. Of course this is very vage as you will often receive invites from crew but generally if a leader is inviting you or you receive multiple invites usually means a crew event is taking place.
  • I have a player who I know (family, friend, acquaintance) who wants to join. Should I send the invite?
     
well of course if you trust them but you need to remember you are responsible for them and what they do directly affects you. If you think they can be a part of gent and benefit the crew then send the invte! If otherwise then do not. Make sure you tell someone you are inviting the person so we know a random person has not joined us. If you are a muscle member then contact a leader about it. Also make sure they find the time to post on the feed saying they are new to the crew. this keeps people being kicked by accident.
 
I have some ideas that should benefit the crew, Who should I contact about this?
 
Well the Crew leader! He is the best to contact about crew improvements. If he is unavailible then speak to a Comissioner who will inform The_Monk52 when they can. The main issue with crew improvements is that some ideas can conflict with others. In addtion some ideas sound good in theory but in pratice do not live up to the vibe. Not every idea is implemented into the crew. If you want to make your idea more public then post it on the crew wall and see how it does.
